The Medical Status Report of the petitioner has been received from the concerned Superintendent of Jail.

As per Medical Status Report, the health condition of the applicant herein is stable and his vitals are within normal limits. He is getting treatment at the Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital as well as in the jail dispensary. 3.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application at this stage.

Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
