Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as „B.N.S.S.') (old Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for quashing of Bail in FIR No. 0031/2024 under Section 419/420/120 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Cyber Police Station Central and all the proceedings emanating therefrom. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition as the investigations are still on-going, with liberty to file it afresh.

The Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
