This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayer:

<a) issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or direction to respondent to activate login ID & payment tab of petitioner institute enabling it to submit online application (SIF) and also to make payment of processing fee for extension of approval of its existing B. Pharm & D. Pharm courses for academic session 2026-27; and/or b) issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or direction to respondent to process petitioner's application for extension of approval of its existing B. for academic session 2026-27 in time bound manner; and/or...= 2.

It is stated by Mr. Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, that the respondents have to activate the log in ID of the petitioners to submit its online application and to make payment for approval of existing B. Pharm & D. Pharm courses for the academic session 2026-27. 3.

The same was not done since the petitioners failed to complete the requisite formalities by 15.11.2025.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent, accepts notice and states that in view of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Pharmacy Council of India vs. The State of Delhi All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in Misc. Application No. 220/2026 in Civil Appeal No. 9048/2012 which has extended the time limit till 27.02.2026, the present petition can be allowed.

For the said reasons, the petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No. 1 to activate the log in ID of the petitioners and permit the petitioners to apply for extension of approval for its B. Pharm & D. Pharm courses for the academic session 2026-27 by tomorrow. 7.

With these directions, the petition is disposed of. 8.
