The present Petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Section 115 read with Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') seeking to challenge an order dated 21.12.2024 passed by Ld. District Judge-04, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as 'Impugned Order']. By the Impugned Order, an Application under Order I Rule 10 of CPC filed by the Petitioner (Defendant No.2 before the learned Trial Court) for deletion of the name of Petitioner/Defendant No.2, has been dismissed.
