Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has already been supplied with copy of medical status report. He submits that as per such report, since the applicant is already getting the requisite medical treatment, he, at the moment, does not press the present application. He, however, submits that the Superintendent, Jail may be requested to keep a tab on medical condition and in case, in future he requires some admission in hospital, appropriate steps may be taken. He also submits that in case his condition further deteriorates, he may be given permission to file application afresh before the learned Trial Court. 2.
Learned Addl. P.P. for the State has no objection to the abovesaid submission made by learned counsel for the applicant. 3.
The application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 4.
Pending application also stands disposed of.
