The learned counsel for the appellant submits that parties have amicably settled their disputes and have executed a Settlement Agreement dated 28.02.2025 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. He further submits that in view of the Settlement Agreement referred to hereinabove, the Impugned Order dated 31.08.2024 should be set aside.

The learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that she has no objection if the Impugned Order dated 31.08.2024, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-02, Shahadara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, is set aside. She further submits that in terms of the Settlement Agreement The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. dated 28.02.2025, the Suit, i.e., C.S. No. 08/2022, has already been withdrawn by the respondents.

As the parties have amicably settled their disputes and in order to ensure that there is no further acrimony between the parties, the Impugned Order dated 31.08.2024 is hereby set aside. The appeal is disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of.

Accordingly, the next date of hearing, i.e., 07.05.2025, stands cancelled.
