The challenge in this writ petition is to a recruitment process being carried out by the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, on the ground that it is in violation of the rights of the persons with disabilities, under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, takes a preliminary objection that the petitioners' grievances are amenable to the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal ["the Tribunal"].

After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal, as the employer - Ministry of Railways, is subject to the W.P.(C) 1834/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
