CRL.M.A. 7643/2025-Early hearing by petitioner 1.

This is an application for early hearing of the present petition. 2.

For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed and the present petition is taken up for hearing today itself. 3.

The application is disposed of.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State has handed over the Status Report, which is taken on record. As per the Status Report, the address of the petitioner has been duly verified and he has been found to be the owner of the said premises and the son of the petitioner, Mr. Zamir was also found residing on the same address.

Accordingly, the condition no. 1 of the order dated 21.06.2024 which was modified subsequently vide order dated 08.08.2024 is further The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. modified to the following extent:- "1. That he shall furnish a cash surety of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) alongwith a personal bond in the like amount for his release on Furlough to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Central Jail No.14, Mandoli"

Needless to say rest of the conditions as contained in the order dated 21.06.2024 passed by the Jail Superintendant shall remain same. 7.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and is disposed of in the above terms.

The date of 24.04.2025 stands cancelled.
