Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the parties have been able to reach an amicable settlement, the steps in terms thereof are yet to be taken.

Considering that the parties have been able to reach an amicable settlement, and only divorce proceedings remained to be filed, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case the steps in terms of the settlement agreement are not taken. 3.

The petition along with pending application is disposed of in above terms.
