Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has already filed an Execution Petition against the respondent.

He also submits that during the execution proceedings, even the arrest warrants were issued against the respondent. However, such arrest warrants have been stayed on the basis of the application moved by respondent. He submits that the next date before the learned Executing Court is 18.02.2025. 3.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that if there is some direction to learned Executing Court to dispose of the Execution Petition as expeditiously as possible, he would not, without prejudice to rights and contentions, press the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. All the rights and contentions of petitioner are reserved. It is also clarified that in case, need so arises, he would be permitted to file the contempt petition afresh.

Simultaneously, concerned Executing Court is also requested to expedite the disposal of such Execution Petition and best endeavor be made to CONT.CAS(C) 225/2025 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
