The grievance raised in the present petition is limited to the effect that after receiving a show cause notice from the respondent/bank, petitioners had sent a communication dated 28.01.2025, asking for several documents so that the petitioner is in a position to submit appropriate reply. 2.

It is submitted that despite such communication, the petitioners have not heard anything from the respondent and petitioners apprehends that without supplying such documents and without considering their stand, the accounts might be classified as 'fraud.'

advance notice and submits that there is no such intention on the part of bank and they have already received the above said communication dated 20.01.2025 and would respond to the same in appropriate manner. 4.

In view of the above said statement made by learned counsel for respondent, the apprehension expressed by the petitioner seems unfounded. 5.

In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioners submits that he does not press the present petition and would wait for further communication from the respondent/bank.

This Court expects that the concern shown by petitioners is duly taken care of and whatever further action the bank intends to take, is taken only after supplying all such documents to the petitioner and after taking note of their further response, if any.

It is clarified that, in case, the petitioners are still left with any grievance, they would be at liberty to file petition, afresh. 8.
