This petition has been filed with the following prayers: "I. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the DG CRPF to furnish and supply certified true copies of the dismissal order, duplicate service records, court of inquiry proceedings documents pertaining to petitioner in his representation dated 20.01.2026 in a time bound manner.

II. Pass any other as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case and in the interest of justice."

In effect, the petitioner is seeking directions against the respondents to supply, the dismissal order, service record and report of Court of Inquiry etc. 3.

that the petitioner is in receipt of the charge-sheet as well as dismissal order in the year 2009 and 2010 itself, which factum has not been disclosed in the petition. The copies of the dismissal order and the charge sheet have been handed over by the learned counsel for the respondents to us. The same are taken on record. Copies of the same are handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

If that be so, we dismiss the petition by imposing cost of Rs.2,000/- on the petitioner to be deposited with the Delhi High Court Advocates Welfare Trust within three weeks.

List on 25.03.2026 for compliance of order.
