This petition seeks quashing of FIR No.256/2019 PS Nabi Karim which was initially under Sections 376/511/354B/427/323/341/509 IPC. Subsequent to filing of charge-sheet, by order dated 18th April 2022, Trial Court dropped charges under Sections 376 and 511 and only charges under Sections 354B/427/323/341/509 IPC have been framed. 2.

Counsel for petitioner submits that this is a case of false implication by the complainant. He states that certain statements which have been made are in complete contradiction with the facts on record. 3.

However, considering perused the statements made in the FIR itself, and the fact that trial has already commenced and evidence is being recorded, this Court does not see any reason to quash this FIR. 4.
