Vide the impugned order dated 02.02.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge, the writ petition preferred by the appellant being W.P.(C) 1449/2026 has been dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law before the Central Administrative Tribunal. In terms of the said dictum declared by Hon'ble Supreme Court in L Chandra Kumar (supra), we are of the opinion that the view taken by the learned Single Judge is a correct view and, therefore, the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge in the underline writ petition does not call for any interference by this Court in this appeal. 6.

The appeal along with pending application, accordingly, dismissed. We, however, provide that, in case, the appellant takes recourse to the remedy available to him before the Central Administrative Tribunal and files an Original Application, the same shall be considered by the Tribunal in accordance with law, with expedition.
