% 20.02.2026 After some arguments, Mr. Adeel Ahmad Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners, who appears through video conference, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioners to approach the Sessions Court against the impugned order dated 27.11.2025 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class (Mahila Court-03), South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi, in Criminal Cases No. 3365/2024.

The petition, alongwith the accompanying applications, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.
