II) Pass such other further order/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts of the case and in the interest of justice." 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner without prejudice to the rights and contentions taken herein seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
