The present petition has been filed seeking for the following reliefs: "i. put the Petitioner back to her residential house bearing no.A-193, 1st Floor, Parshant Vihar, Delhi, ii. Recover & Handover the petitioner's entire household articles and belongings lying in her house from the respondent no. 4 and S and;" 2.

However, the nature of the prayer sought in the instant writ petition cannot be granted under the Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4.

Accordingly, leaving all questions open, the petition, along with pending applications, stands disposed of.
