By way of present Petition, the Petitioner assails the correctness of the order dated 02.09.2024 [hereinafter referred to as „Impugned Order‟] passed by the Learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi.

The Petitioner does not dispute the fact that the Impugned Order is covered by the recent decision passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 1764/2026 captioned Union of India v. Shubham Pandey and Ors. 3.

In view of the above, we find no reason to interfere with the impugned order.
