The learned APP has handed over a report regarding service of bailable warrants on the appellant wherein it has been found that unfortunately the appellant had died on 25.12.2017. The Death Certificate has also been produced. The report is taken on record. 3.

In view of the unfortunate death of the appellant, the appeal is abated and is disposed of as such.
