CM APPL. 11940/2026 (for delay of condonation in refiling) 1.

This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking condonation of delay of 11 days in refiling the present petition. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay of 11 days in refiling the present petition stands condoned. 3.

The application stands disposed of.

CONT.CAS(C) 298/2026 4.

The present petition alleges wilful disobedience with the directions contained in the order dated 26.11.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 17874/2025. The operative directions therein are as under: "7. Considering that the representation of the Petitioner is pending, this writ petition is disposed of without going into the merits of the case with a direction to DDA to decided representation within two weeks from today. DDA will also consider the present writ petition as an additional representation and look into the grounds raised by the Petitioner, both factual and legal. The decision will be communicated to the Petitioner within one week from the date of decision and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the same in case of any surviving or further grievance, in accordance with law." 5.

Learned counsel for the respondent / Delhi Development Authority (DDA), who appears on advance notice, assures and undertakes, on instructions, that the petitioner's representation shall be decided by way of a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from today. The said statement is taken on record.

No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition; the same is, accordingly, disposed of.

In case of non-compliance, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present petition.
