The accused/applicants seek regular bail in case FIR No. 345/2018 of Police Station Jahangir Puri for the offence under Section 302/34 IPC. In furtherance of last order, it is informed by both sides that the witness Danish stands examined before the trial court. 3.

Both learned counsel for accused/applicants seek permission to withdraw these bail applications with the request that the trial court be directed to expedite the trial, which is at fag-end. 4.

As requested, both these bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

However, it is made clear that this withdrawal of bail applications shall not be considered as reliability of Danish or any other prosecution witness. The learned trial court shall take independent view at the stage of culmination of the trial. The learned trial court is requested to expedite the trial.
