Petition under Section 528 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.0040/2020 under Sections 354/223 IPC and Section 8 POCSO Act, registered at PS: Shalimar Bagh and proceedings emanating therefrom.

None is present on behalf of the Petitioner, but the allegations are of sexual harassment of the prosecutrix / Respondent No.2, who was 13 years old at the time of commission of offence.
