The present Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration Act, 1996 has been filed by the Petitioner seeking interim measures and protection against the Respondent to secure the awarded amount under the Award dated 22.12.2025.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to approach this Court once again in case there is any information that the Respondent is dissipating its assets, diverting funds, or taking steps to frustrate the execution and enforcement of the Award, which will have the effect of making the Award a mere paper award.
