1. A status report dated 24th May 2018 has been filed by the Station House Officer ('SHO') of Police Station ('PS') Janakpuri stating that the Appellant, Sanjeev Sharma, has not been found at the address given and he has not even left any forwarding address.

2. In that view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed. The bail bonds and surety bonds furnished by the Appellant shall stand cancelled. However, it is directed that as soon as the Appellant is apprehended and sent to jail, the APP shall mention the appeal for revival of the hearing. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
