Petitioner points out to order dated 2nd May 2025 passed by the Supreme Court in SLP 8811/2025 filed by respondent challenging the judgment passed by this Court on 18th December 2024 in W.P. (C) 9176/2019, compliance of which is being sought in the present contempt case.

The Supreme Court has disposed of the appeal recording respondents' submissions that all payments in terms of the impugned order of this Court shall be paid to the petitioner within 4 weeks' time. 3.

Two weeks have already elapsed since then.

Counsel for respondents states that there is no question of noncompliance of orders passed by the Supreme Court. 5.

Accordingly, in light of the above, this petition is disposed of with liberty to revive the same in case of continued infraction. 6.
