2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that instead of SHO PS Saket, SHO PS Mehrauli may be impleaded as respondent no.2. His oral application is accepted. Amended memo of parties be filed within two days.

3. Learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1&2 accepts notice. Notice be served dasti, in addition, to respondent no.3&4. Notice to respondent no.3&4 may also be served by speed post and through the concerned PS.

4.Respondents are directed to file status report on the next date of hearing and also to produce Mrs. Najma, stated by the petitioner to be his wife, before this Court on next date of hearing, if she is traceable.
