The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 166/2021 of Police Station Special Cell for offence under Section 417/419/467/ 468/471/120B IPC.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after framing of charge, for which the matter is already listed on 28.03.2026.
Learned counsel for accused/applicant as well as learned APP for State assures that on 28.03.2026, no adjournment shall be sought before the trial court. Of course, in case the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that no charge is liable to be framed, matter is different but if the charge is framed, and the accused/applicant files fresh bail application, the same shall be decided on merits within one month.
