% 07.01.2020 The present writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India, read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, instituted on behalf of the petitioner, prays as follows: "The petitioner has filed the Habeas Corpus writ petition before this Hon'ble Court to direct the respondent No.1 and 2 to produce the wife of the petitioner."
In view of the circumstance that, Ms. Shivani, the 22 year old wife of Mr. Sunil Kumar, the petitioner, has appeared before this Court and expressed her will to reside at her parental home at this
time, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the latter, does not press this petition, any further.
