1. The Station House Officer ('SHO') who is present in the Court has instructed the learned APP for State that neither of the Appellants are found on the addresses given and they have not given any fresh address at which they can be contacted.

2. In that view of the matter, the appeals are dismissed. The bail bonds and surety bonds furnished by the Appellants stand cancelled. The SHO will

take necessary steps as a consequence thereof.

3. However, it is made clear that as soon as the SHO takes either or both of the Appellants into custody, he will inform this Court through the learned APP for the appeals to be immediately revived for hearing.

4. Copy of this order be given dasti, as prayed. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
