This is a petition seeking to set aside the order dated 04.01.2025 passed by learned ACMM, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi in CR. No.

1791/2024 titled as "Dr. Aakash Varshney vs. NCT of Delhi & Anr." 2.

The petitioner had filed the revision challenging the order dated 26.06.2024 passed by the learned ACMM, North District, Rohini court in Cr. cases No. 3892/2019 titled as "M/s Maharashtra Feeds Private Limited vs. Aakash Varshney" as well as the further investigation in FIR No. 364/2024 dated 27.07.2024 registered at PS Mahendra Park. 3.

By virtue of the order dated 26.06.2024, the learned ACMM had directed registration of FIR on the complaint of the respondent. 4.

registered and since the FIR was already registered, did not stay the impugned order.

The learned Sessions Court was also of the view that the stay of further investigation was outside the scope of the revisional jurisdiction of the Sessions Court.

I am of the view that there is no infirmity in the order passed by the Sessions Court.

However, since the revision is pending, it is expected that the Sessions Court will hear and decide the revision expeditiously. 8.

With these directions, the petition is disposed of. 9.

The petitioner is also at liberty to challenge the order of the Sessions Court in accordance with law, as and when passed.
