A perusal of the proceedings would show that on 16.03.2020, this Court had taken note of the nominal roll dated 09.03.2020 indicating that the appellant had undergone the entire sentence and had also paid the fine. The appellant was directed to remain present on the next date of hearing. However subsequently, the appeal could not be taken up on account of COVID-19 Pandemic.

On the last date of hearing, Court Notice was directed to be issued to the learned counsel as well as the appellant through the concerned SHO, in response to which a report has been filed. As per the same, the appellant has since expired. Alongwith the report, a burial slip has also been placed on record.
