The present petition seeks extension of parole granted by this Court vide order dated 5th December, 2018.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Petitioner's father was operated on 25th December, 2018 and he was discharged in stable condition on 26th December, 2018.
However, he had to be re-admitted on 31st December, 2018, on account of an infection.
The petitioner made an application on 2nd January, 2019 to GNCT for seeking extension, since the recovery would take time.
The petitioner has filed copies of the medical documents in support of the submission.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the parole granted to the petitioner is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of expiry of parole i.e. 5th January, 2019 on the same terms and conditions as contained in the order dated 5th December, 2019. 4.
Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
