Mr. Rajesh Gautam, counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the relief sought in the present petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the decision rendered by the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, in Writ Petition No. 175/2021 titled Adarsh Kumar Jain and Ors. vs. UOI & Ors. 2.
He submits that the Department has, in fact, decided to comply with the said decision and has already issued communications in that regard. 3.
In support, reliance is placed on a communication dated 04th March, 2025 issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, whereby counsel has been instructed to inform the Court that a letter dated 21st February, 2025 has already been issued to the Registrars of all Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunals and Debts Recovery Tribunals, directing The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. compliance with the aforesaid decision. It is submitted that, in view thereof, the reliefs sought by the Petitioner stand redressed. 4.
In light of the communications dated 4th March, 2025 and 21st February, 2025, which are taken on record, no further directions are required to be passed in the present matter.

Mr. Gautam further apprises the Court that the Petitioner has since been repatriated to the parent organisation.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
