Pursuant to previous order of the Court dated 13th February 2025, plaintiffs and defendant no.1 are present, along with their respective counsels.

The Court had an occasion to interact with the parties in Chambers, as also, with their respective counsels.

Defendant no.1 has undertaken to take down all the posts/content published/disseminated/posted on whichever media, relating to his marital issues with plaintiff no.1 and relationship with his children i.e. plaintiff no.2/younger son and Mr. Mrigank Jha/elder son, within the next 24 hours. 4.

If any of the plaintiffs find that any residual post is still available on any media, they shall communicate it inter se counsel, in order that the said compliance is achieved in totality.

Considering that these utterances by defendant no. 1 were in context of marital discord; plaintiff no.1 and 2 also undertake not to publish or The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. disseminate any statement/opinion/comment relating to defendant no.1, defendant no. 2 or 3.

Defendant no.1 also undertakes to ensure that defendant nos.2 and 3 will take down and not publish/disseminate in future any statement/opinion/comment relating to family issues of plaintiff nos.1 and 2 and the elder son i.e. Mr. Mrigank Jha, and defendant no.1. 7.

Considering these statements are taken on record, to which the parties are bound, the suit stands disposed of in these terms, along with pending applications.

It transpired during interaction with the parties that there is possibility of an amicable resolution of marital discord between plaintiff no.1 and defendant no.1.

Accordingly, to attempt resolution, the parties will take facilitation of Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre and shall appear before the Senior Mediator on 27th February 2025 at 3:30 PM. 10.

Considering that the instant suit stands settled between the parties through the process of mediation, court fee be refunded to counsel for plaintiffs, in accordance with Section 16 of Court Fees Act, 1870. 11.

Registry is directed accordingly.

The suit stands disposed of with above directions. 13.
