The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 206/2023 of PS Crime Branch for offence under Section 15/18/25/29 NDPS Act. 2.
The allegation against the accused/applicant pertains to recovery of 160kg 800 grams of Poppy straw which is a commercial quantity as 50kg is threshold.

At the outset, learned APP for State assisted by IO/SI Manoj Kumar submits that vide order dated 24.09.2025, similar bail application of the accused/applicant was dismissed as withdrawn before the predecessor bench with liberty to urge all grounds before the trial court. It is contended on behalf of State that there is no change in circumstances, so the present application is liable to be dismissed.
