The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the order dated 30th January, 2026, passed by the trial court in Execution (Comm.) No.103/2024, whereby the application filed on behalf of the petitioners/judgement debtor no. 2 under Section 47 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been dismissed.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies by way of an appeal against the impugned order.
