% 13.02.2025 At the very outset, Mr. Arkaj Kumar, learned SPP appearing on behalf of the Enforcement Directorate points-out, that the challenge in the present proceedings relates to an ECIR registered at the Enforcement Directorate's Mumbai Zonal Office. He accordingly submits, that the jurisdictional High Court for the case would be the Bombay High Court. In the circumstances, Mr. Hemant Gulati, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file the same before the Bombay High Court, as may be permissible, in accordance with law.
