BAIL APPLN. 634/2025 1.

This is an application seeking interim bail to the petitioner for a period of 1 week from 13.02.2025 to 19.02.2025 on the ground that the mother of the petitioner is in need of cataract surgery. 2.

In the present case, the allegations against the petitioner are that he was monitoring the crime while being committed. 3.

It is stated that few bullets for the weapon which was used for offence has been recovered from the petitioner.

Mr. Chauhan, learned APP on instructions of the IO states that the cataract surgery is a day care surgery and no special arrangement needs to be made for the same.

For the said reasons, I am not inclined to entertain the application and the same is dismissed.
