The present appeal has been filed by the Appellant - Lakhi Ram under Section 374 of Code of Criminal Procedure against the judgment dated 18th November, 2002 and the order on sentence dated 21st November, 2002 passed by the Special Judge, Delhi in CC No. 14/1994 under Sections 7/13(1) (d) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 ("hereinafter referred as the Act") and in FIR No. 14/1994 registered at Police Station Anti-Corruption Branch, Delhi.

Vide the impugned judgment, the Appellant was convicted under Sections 7 and 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) of the Act and was sentenced thereunder.
