By the impugned order dated 21.01.2026, the respondent was granted interim bail for a period of 30 days, which is to expire shortly. In view of this, Mr. Akhand Pratap Singh, learned Special Public Prosecutor, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the rights of the State to approach the Court in the event of any subsequent development, including any extension of interim bail. 2.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submissions.
