It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for respondents that in the opening paragraph of the petition, the petitioner has affirmed that she has no personal interest in the litigation. He submits that in view of the aforesaid statement, the present petition is in the nature of Public Interest Litigation (PIL) and should be filed as such. The aforesaid contention is merited.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to file a PIL. It is clarified that this Court has not examined the

merits of the controversy raised in this petition and nothing stated in this order shall be construed as such. The pending application is also disposed of.
