This petition has been filed by the respondent against the petitioner, to comply with the terms of the settlement agreement dated 15th January 2025. 2.
Pursuant to persuasion by the Court, the parties had arrived at a settlement agreement, with the facilitation of Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

Mr. Manish Kumar, Advocate, appears on behalf of petitioner and states that there is no question of non-compliance and they are continuing the process. The timeline for complying with the terms of the settlement is 31st July 2025.

settlement agreement, on either side, both counsels Mr. Manish Kumar for petitioner and Mr. Aman Nandrajog, for respondent, have agreed that they will address written communications to each other, in order that the matter can be sorted out, within the stipulated timeline. 5.
Counsels also agree that since, during the pendency of the contempt petition filed by the petitioner, parties have agreed to a settlement dated 15th January 2025 and needless to state that parties have undertaken to comply with the same, the petition be disposed of.

Application is allowed & disposed of accordingly. CONT.CAS(C) 173/2022 1.
The petition is disposed of taking note of the above. With liberty to either of the parties to approach this Court in case there is any continued non-compliance.
