% 15.04.2026 The matters could not be taken up on 14.04.2026 as the same was declared as holiday on account of the birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.

At the first call, the matters were passed over at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner to take instructions, as the learned counsel for the respondents had communicated the respondents' offer of Rs.5 lakhs towards full and final settlement of all claims.

At the second call, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, upon instructions from the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is agreeable to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the proposed settlement amount, and submits the said amount of Rs.5 lakhs be released to the respondents out of the amounts already lying deposited with the Registry of this Court, along with accrued interest thereon. 3.

A perusal of the proceedings would show that while issuing notice vide order dated 18.01.2021, the petitioner was directed to deposit the award amounts of Rs. 6,40,036/- and Rs. 6,57,144/- in W.P.(C) 690/2021 and W.P.(C) 692/2021, respectively, with the Registry of this Court. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the said order, the petitioner had deposited the award amounts which are currently lying deposited with the Registry.

In view of the aforesaid, out of the amounts deposited with the Registry, a sum of Rs.5 lakhs each, be released to the respondents in W.P.(C) 690/2021 and W.P.(C) 692/2021, respectively, upon verification, and the remaining amount, alongwith the interest accrued on the entire amount, be released back to the petitioner.

At this stage, learned counsel for the respondent further submits that the name of the respondent in W.P.(C) 690/2021 has been wrongly mentioned in the memo of parties as Puneesh Gala, however his name, as reflected in the back records is stated to be Punish Gola. The statement made on behalf of the petitioner is accepted, and is taken on record.

5. The parties are bound by the settlement arrived at between them. 6.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
