By virtue of the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside and quashing of the impugned order dated 12.12.2025, passed by the learned ASJ-05, West, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi in the Criminal revision bearing Cr. Rev. 347/2025, titled as "Sohan Lal Gupta vs. State & Ors." as also other ancillary reliefs. 2.

Primarily, it is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that though vide order dated 26.09.2025, an interim order till the next date of hearing was granted, however, when the same was listed subsequently on 12.12.2025, the same was not extended without according any reasons for doing so.
