This petition has been taken up for hearing on being mentioned by Ms. Priyam Aggarwal, the learned counsel for the respondents. She submits that the minor girl has since been recovered and is presently staying with the petitioner.

We have interacted with the minor girl, and she wishes to reside with her mother, who is also present in person before us. 4.

In view of the above, the custody of the minor girl is handed over to the petitioner.
