% 07.01.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondent to set aside the rejection letter dated 25.10.2018 issued by the respondent and consequently directing the respondent to grant a new electricity connection in the name of the petitioner at the premises bearing House No.D-293, Ground Floor, Krishna Park, Khanpur, New Delhi-110062.

Issue notice.

Learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submits, on instructions, that let the petitioner complete the commercial formalities and the new electricity connection shall be granted at the aforesaid address within 48 hours thereafter. In view of the above, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing

the petitioner to complete the formalities for new electricity connection and on completion of the formalities, the respondent is directed to grant a new electricity connection to the petitioner at the aforesaid address within 48 hours thereafter.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
