Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is confining the prayer in the present petition to the extent of the respondent sharing 50% of the school fee of their minor child. 2.

Mr. Anil Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, fairly states that he has no objection on payment of 50% of the school fee of the minor child.

It is pointed out that the monthly fee to be paid to the school is around ₹15,500/- per month.

The present petition is disposed of with the directions, as agreed by the respondent to pay a sum of ₹7,500/- over and above the interim maintenance, as payable from 01.08.2025. 5.

Mr. Sharma states that the fee for the month of August, 2025 would be paid within a period of one week and for every subsequent month, within the first week of the said month. AMIT MAHAJAN, J AUGUST 28, 2025 "SK"
