% 07.01.2019 Pre-arrest bail is sought by petitioner in FIR No. 474/2018, under Sections 363/376 IPC and Sections 4/17 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at police station Ghazipur, Delhi, is sought by petitioner on the ground that prosecutrix in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not attributed any role to petitioner. Upon notice, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondentState does not dispute the aforesaid stand taken on behalf of petitioner and submits that petitioner is required to join investigation. Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner would be appearing before the Investigating Officer on 9th January, 2019 at 04:00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called.

Let it be so done.
