By way of the present application, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR bearing No.502/2024, registered at Police Station Mundka, Delhi for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 323/354/363/376/509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC') and Sections 6/12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (hereafter 'POCSO Act').
