The matter has been placed before us in the National Lok Adalat with the consent of parties, who are present through their counsel. 2.
The parties have settled the dispute. The New India Assurance Company Limited-Respondent has agreed to pay a lump sum enhancement of Rs.2,01,000/- over and above the Award of the MACT of Rs.14,81,000/-. 3.
The New India Assurance Company Limited has brought separate cheques in favour of the two claimants-appellants. The details of the cheques are as follow: - (i) Cheque no.610448 dated 11.07.2019 drawn on Corporation Bank, New Delhi in favour Bhairo Prasad for a sum of Rs.1,00,500/-.
(ii) Cheque no.610449 dated 11.07.2019 drawn on Corporation Bank, New Delhi in favour Babli Devi for a sum of Rs.1,00,500/-.

Mr. J.P.N. Shahi, Advocate for the New India Assurance Company Limited-respondent has handed over the cheques and the same is taken on record.

The Secretary, Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee may release the aforesaid cheques to the claimants-appellants (Smt. Babli Devi (appellant/claimant no.1 and Sh. Bhairo Prasad, appellant/claimant no.2) in terms of the award on production of documents of identification. 6.
The matter is accordingly settled.

This Award be placed on the record of the case. 8.
The file be consigned.
